Colin Martin has updated the champs, with one race to go (the L&D race at Sefton Park on Sat 26-Nov):

• Liz Whitfield is the Senior Ladies Champion - she cannot now be caught.
• Karon Forster and Caroline Hemming both have maximum points and share the Vet Ladies Championship.
• Graham Houghton has maximum points but Rob Hough can tie the Senior Mens Championship if he is first Strider in the final race.
• Colin Martin has maximum points but Chris Millington can tie the Vet Mens Championship if he is first Strider in the final race.

Janet Redpath has updated the Road Champs standings, including races up to the Green Drive 5.  Just 3 road races to go...
